Bio Energetic Synchronization (Back to Top)

B.E.S.T. is a non-force procedure focused on neuro-emotional and neuro-musculoskeletal repatterning which not only relieves pain and symptoms quickly, but addresses the cause.  BEST simply balances the nervous system and removes subconscious interferences, enhancing the body's ability to heal quickly.

CranioSacral Therapy (Back to Top)

CranioSacral Therapy is a bodywork method that focuses on gently stimulating your CranioSacral system (membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord) to heal the body by improving the functioning of the central nervous system. CST effectively complements your body’s natural healing process, and has been known to help alleviate a wide variety of problems including:

  • Central Nervous System Disorders

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

  • TMJ and headaches

  • Fibromyalgia

Excellent adjunct to B.E.S.T. (Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique)

Insight Subluxation Station (Back to Top)

With technology comes improved ways to receive information about how your body is responding to the stresses of life.  With the Insight Subluxation Station, we can simply and quickly scan each vertebrae in your spine to determine what is going on in your Nervous System, which is where every function in your body is controlled.  Following 10 or more BEST treatments, we will scan again to see just how much better your body is functioning than when we started.

Nutritional Counseling (Back to Top)

Our body thrives in an alkaline environment as we are "alkaline by design, acid by function".  As you begin to make changes in the Six Essentials, your body begins to function more appropriately.  During this transition, you may need some additional nutritional support through the use of supplements.  These are designed to get you back into balance, not as a substitute for unhealthy living.  We use Dr. Morter's Alka Line brand of supplements which are all natural, whole foods products that are gentle on the body and quickly effective.  If you would like to see more about the products we support in our practice, go to www.mortersupplements.com

Deep Tissue Massage (Back to Top)

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

The Lending Room (Back to Top)

The Lending Room in Beaufort is a community service providing medical and rehabilitation equipment at no charge to those who need equipment. It started back in the days of Luther's Pharmacy, with Becky Trask at the helm.

Now Martha O'Regan, Roxanne Cheney and Carolyn Roos collect and dispense, without charge, medical equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, bedside commodes, shower chairs, and more to those who may need equipment for a short term or for those unable to purchase equipment.

We seek and greatly appreciate donations of new or gently used equipment so we can continue to assist.

Please call our office 524-2554, Roxanne Cheney 252-1118 or Martha O'Regan  252-1430 when you're in need of equipment or have a donation.
